Сеанс ожидает выделения кванта времени процессора. Событие имеет место когда менеджер ресурсов включён и регулирует потребление процессорного времени. Чтобы уменьшить возникновение этого ожидания необходимо увеличить выделение лимита CPU для сеансов текущей потребительской группы.

время, затраченное на ожидание сеансом кванта процессора
