ST_GeomCollFromText(wkt[, srid [, options]]),
ST_GeometryCollectionFromText(wkt[, srid [, options]]),
ST_GeomCollFromTxt(wkt[, srid [, options]])

Constructs a GeometryCollection value using its WKT representation and
SRID.

These functions handle their arguments as described in the introduction
to this section.
