Сеанс ожидает процесс SMON, чтобы завершить экземпляр, восстановить транзакцию или очистить сегмент сортировки.

Время ожидания: время ожидания может измениться и зависит от объёма необходимого восстановления
Параметры:
undo segment# - если значение 0, SMON, вероятно, выполняет восстановление экземпляра. Если P1 > 0, то для поиска сегмент отката можно использовать следующий запрос: select * from v$rollstat where usn = undo segment#;

The session is waiting for the SMON process to end the instance, restore the transaction, or clear the sort segment.

Waiting time: Waiting time is subject to change and depends on the amount of recovery needed
Options:
undo segment# - if the value is 0, SMON is probably doing an instance restore. If P1 > 0, then the following query can be used to find the rollback segment: select * from v$rollstat where usn = undo segment#;
